Look in the bottom left corner of the Access window, if you get some message advising that the recordset is cannot be updated. And the form does not work. I know I am able to do this in the table by selecting the value "Yes" in the Required area in the General Tab but I was wondering if there is BARCODE_SCANNED is the field in the table for the scanned barcode.
