The structure of the tables is mostly one >large table with smaller ( 1 - 2 ) fields covering repeating data. Yes, I found a work around. These tables are: tblPermitMain tblApplicant tblContractor tblEngineer tblProperty tblInspections All of these tables are joined (outer join) to the PermitMain table by ID fields.
